About the Author
Marie Kelsey has worked in the field of cataloging and education since 1979, when she became the cataloger and head of technical services in a college library. In 1999, she became the Educational Media and Technology program director in the Education Department at The College of St. Scholastica, where she managed the school library media specialist licensure program until her retirement in 2012.
