About the Author


I starting working in corrections and I found that I enjoyed making a difference in my job by allowing inmates to serve their time reguardless of the crime and still administer non judgemental care. My goal is to coach the Nursing Professional on what is required to work in any correctional enviromnenment. I am a Correctional Nurse with over thirteen years of experience. I have spent those years coaching nursing graduates and medical professional to suceess past knowing lab values. My passion is equip new staff with the proper tools to navigate smooth transitions to working in a structured environment.
