About the Author


Senda Eiko is Japanese and graduated from Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music. At the time of publication of this book, she had 23 years' experience in handicrafts: Active in handicraft schools, teacher in Japan Handicraft Instructors' Association, teacher at Asashi Cultural Center and at the time when this book was first published working as instructor in Danella Handicraft Carpet Association. Lena Dyrdal Andersen is Danish. She is the granddaughter of the inventor of the Danella Tool and daughter to the designer of the Danella Rug Designs. She has gently edited the book to make this 2nd edition book available to the Western World.
