Far in a surrealistic future, a barbaric civilization living in Flogtown, is undergoing a power struggle. The last form of structure comes in the form of the Android Police. Consistency is maintained in the areas they watch over, but many blocks have been left for any who wish to live out of sight. In these ghost blocks, one gang has risen high above the rest - The Jiebao Pride. Their King rules over all in the Goon Docks. With their vast numbers, magic, and devastating weapons, none have attempted anything but submission.
