All you need to make the patterns are your imagination, colored pencils or crayons (markers are not suggested as they might bleed through the paper), and knowledge of basic plastic canvas stitches.

This book provides enough graphs (10 tops and 40 sides) to make 10 boutique tissue box cover patterns. Also included are: A material list and instructions for assembly per tissue box cover. And a page showing basic plastic canvas stitches.
