About the Author


Paul Mark Sandler, Esq., trial lawyer, lecturer, and author, is Of Counsel with the Baltimore law firm Shapiro, Sher, Guinot, & Sandler, P.A. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1972. He has tried a wide variety of many cases over the years, representing plaintiffs and defendants in trials in Maryland and throughout the United States. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, serving on numerous committees, and a member and past secretary of the ABA Litigation Section. He is also active in the Maryland State Bar Association. He formed its litigation section and served as its first chair. His special interests, outside the courtroom, include writing for and teaching young lawyers trial advocacy through his books and bar association programs.
