In 2018, Zipp published his first novel, "The Memoirs of David H. Sinclair: Living Life to the Fullest " and luanched it on Evelyn Sinclair's 92nd birthday. Zipp, son of Skip, then embarked on publishing a book a month for a year "The Creature" marks his third book in the series, his April book. It was launched on his father's 80th birthday celebration Happy Birthday Big Poppa.

Zipp Toto aka Toto Ro Andre Theodore Rodrigues Wallace was born in a barn in Nairobi, Kenya. Was raised in Dicken's Field & the Thick Woods of Fort McMurray. Was buttered and dead in Katow (Calgary), Alberta, Kanata. He was dipped in the Indian Ocean, off the Seychelles Islands.
