Born in Alaska, Steve Orme ended up in Southern California. After attending veterinary school at the University of California at Davis, Steve practiced veterinary medicine at a small animal hospital in Southern California until medical issues forced him to retire early. Having been a regular visitor to Disneyland since 1957, Steve always enjoyed and appreciated the attention to detail seen in the Park. This book is a culmination of that love of detail and his desire to share those details--as they apply to "Hidden Mickeys" with others who share this fascination.
