Description
The trade model, defining the structure of revenues and costs, is the economic synthesis of a company, its operation and its future. Despite the absence of a definitive and accepted definition to date, it turned out that the Business Model concerns the way in which a company organizes its activities and creates interdependent links between them, in order to be able to create not only an output that has a certain value for their final customers, but also to put themselves in a position to be able, in turn, to appropriate part of the value generated.
