This book is well suited for children from the age of 3-7 who are learning to cope with adversity, in playful settings.

The book contains an engaging story about Sonja and her struggles. It also asks some thoughtful questions to the reader, sparking wonderful conversations between parents and children.

Sonja and her friends love to compete. Sonja has a hard time coping with adversity. She becomes sad, angry and destructive when she loses. She feels that her importance is linked to winning. One day she realizes that she has taken it too far and she finds herself regretful. Then come the winds of change.

Sonja discovers that her importance is linked to something much bigger than winning. From then on, Sonja and her friends accomplish greater things, than ever before.

This is the first children's book, that I've written and published.
