The distorted tortoise starts their lifestyle as small as a golf ball and will grow two inches a year. About 10-eleven inches (plastron size) they will reach maturity and can reach between 12-sixteen inches. There is no size difference between one species of deformed tortoise. It all shows an overly domed shell and the distorted tortoise is considered one of the most beautiful tortoises in the world.
